Outfit Of the Day 0.4 // Brooklyn Baby

Hello everybody!

I've been shopping a little bit for the summer season, and I thought,  why not pull up an outfit of the day so, you guys can see what's my summer vibe! This summer, it's all about the fringe, crochet, 70's patchwork from Brigitte Bardot to Jane Birkin inspired look!

Baby Doll dress with paisley pattern and crochet border. I love this dress from Ardene, it's very floppy and comfortable. Stops right above the knee and I think it could suits any type of body. It's a very good fabric (viscose). It has spaghetti straps that are adjustable.

This Black Crochet vest suits the dress perfectly with its fringe and 70's look, it's a versatile piece I'll pull up with a lot of other pieces this summer. I love the shorter side of this vest as I've been looking for this kind, it was hard to find this length.

DeLux felt hat. I love floppy hat so much, this one is from DeLux, I think it's the perfect size for my head, as I have a very small head, it's easy to get swallow up by bigger hats. It has small cables around, plus black suits almost everything. I've been dying to get one in this colour!

Styling up with
Small bag with cross body strap and fringe
Moccasin shoes
DeLux felt hat

Outfit Of The Day 0.3 | Rookie

Hello everybody!

Today's a quick OOTD! I don't know about you but I always do my OOTD's on the spur of the moment, it's never on my mind until I think my outfit could be on my blog! Anyway, here's my Rookie OOTD! Enjoy!

I wanted to make it looks more vintage 70's. This is why I add a filtre on my photos and the quality isn't that great! But this outfit remind me of a some bar with some rock music and lots of beers. Tell me why?

The tan blouse can be such a master piece, the details is very cute, I love the ribon that you can tie up on your neck, you can either make it look more office or if you add up a hat, it makes it a bit more rock 'n roll. I got this sheer blouse from Forever 21 last year. I also love the buttons area and the lace edges all along the opening.

The felt hat has an esquestrian shape, you can see there's a belt all around it. I chose a black one because it suits the cardigan and the blouse very well. I don't recommend you wear it if you plan on being outside a lot, it's not a deep hat so you'll struggle trying to make it stay on your head! If your plan is being inside around a drink in the happy hour in some rocky bar this is perfect! Everybody loves hat! I always get compliments when I'm wearing one! This one is from Target, I believe it's still for sale since I got it yesterday! Quick, hurry up!

To add some fall layers, I chose a plain black cardigan! Very usefull if it gets a bit chilly, also it has some cables details, which I think suits the more serious touch of the blouse! So to make it rocky you have to rock the hat! ;) This is why I always think hats can add so much in an outfit. Sleep on it if your an anti-hats! I got this cabled black cardigan from Urban Planet.

Going back to the blouse, it's long enough to wear black disco pants! This is definetely a must have to your wardrobe! It suits so well the body, any shapes! Plus, it's so easy to pull off cool style with these, have them in navy as well, it's a colour very on trend right now! I know I was wearing them in my last OOTD, but to be honest, it's such a great piece of clothes. I wear some basic oxford shoes. This is also a must-have, very versatile, cute and comfortable if you don't especially like to wear heels!

I have my brand new Eiffel For You nail polsih, and just the name, I mean, how can you not fell for that? It's a mauvy-taupy colour, so it suits most of colours pretty great, and oh I have a hair tie around my wirst, girls, this is so important to achieve this fabulous look, says no one ever!

About the blouse again, it's a three quarter sleeves with puffy shoulders. I think it's very cute so if you want something more settle, you can change the disco pants for a black pleated skirt, instead of the hat you can make a very cute low bun! Don't forget some black tighs and your versatile pair of oxford shoes!

I hope you liked my OOTD! Which items do you perfer? For me, I have to say, the hat is the winner! Tell me what you think about my Rookie OOTD and also what you would add up to my outfit to make it more complete! Don't forget to link your blog at the end of your comment! ;)

Outfit Of The Day 0.2 | Very Burgundy

        Hello dear readers!

I was watching some fall outfits videos today and it gives me inspiration to do mine and create this OOTD article! I love OOTD, I love to look at them it gives me so much inspiration, one thing can make me think of hundreds and hundreds of outfits! Here I am today with my Very Burgundy outfit of the day!

Here, I wear my soft wool hat I bought at H&M last year, I believe it was around the same time of the year. I can't remember. Anyway, I love the cord around it, it gives more texture to this plain burgundy hat, also you can't see it, but it has two gold leaves hanging on the cord. I love that hat! Here find something similar from Asos!

It may be too warm yet to wear a thick scarf but I can't wait to rock that outfit with my infinite red wine scarf. I also got that scarf last year, I think it's from Zara. Found a circle scarf from Asos here! -I know, I know, I'm over using Asos online store!

I got these shoes for so long, this is the reason it looks so worn out. I got them from Value Village, I never thought I would find some nice woven oxford shoes! I love the fact that they are not black, they're a dark green. It adds some colour to the red wine marathon! Find some green woven shoes here, from ShoeBuy!

I have here a vintage envelope bag. My mom gave it two me some months ago when I was looking for some vintage treasures. I think she got it around the late 80's maybe 90's. It's not a huge bag but it has enough room for a cosmetic bag, a wallet and maybe two or three little things. The bag is a dark brown with some burgundy reflect, and it has a gold line upon the opening, which I think it suits the little gold leaves on my hat. Like my envelope bag? Found one here on Asos!

Always wanted to own a pair of disco pants, I got them this month, they are very comfortable and I chose the colour black because I didn't wanted to get a tons of them that day, but I wanted to have a pair I could mix and match with a lot of outfit! I got mine from Urban Planet, can't find it anymore, but here's some disco pants from Asos
I wear a high low over sized sheer blouse in burgundy. I like to tuck it in my disco pants, but you know to be careful to not create a mass in your pants. My blouse is sheer so I wear a black tee underneath. I got that blouse from Simons, you can find one similar here on Tyllis!

Thanks so much for reading me, I love chatting with all of you guys, don't be shy, come say hello, I won't bite! I love making cyber friends and I love to follow new blogs! Thanks again for reading and tell me if you like my fall season OOTD Very Burgundy
See you very soon!

Outfit Of The Day 0.1 | Granny

Hello everybody!

As you may know, I live on the East Coast of the Canada and, it seems like the weather is having a bipolar attitude. Everywhere else is super warm, sunny, people enjoy their summer debut! And here, in my little town, it's cold and raining. I am not lying. It's been raining for a month. The sun is acting like a bitch, shows here and there for 20 minutes, and here it's gone! So excuse my lack of 'summery' in this OOTD, this is just another spring look still and sadly!

The Cat Dress is from an online store from eBay. I can't find it but it came from Hong Kong, I think. It's pretty cheap but when you purchase from Asia, you have to be careful with their sizing, they are so tiny, I was lucky this dress suit me despite the fact it was a one size dress but I did bought something recently and it doesn't fit me at all. Anyway, I love this dress even though it's kind of granny, I don't care I love granny style!

The Sofa Bag is from Value Village, which is a thrift store. I believe there's always at least one sofa texture bag in any thrift stores. This is what I see the most when I go there. So, if you love it, go look at your nearest goodwill store! ;)

The Jesus Wooden Bracelets was a viral last summer. But I got mine 3 years ago, when I was in china town in New York, I saw some and I bought them 1$ each! Now, every stores seems to have it, I know Aldo have some.

I just add up a pair of burgundy plum tights that has some texture in it and a pair of brown moccassin and here I am,  being granny from head to toe! I hope you love this style, I'll try to make more of these, any questions, please ask!

See you very soon!
